SPARK
Creating Pathways of Success for Teens & Young Adults
SPARK is an effort within the Rotary Club of Harwich-Dennis which offers support to teens and young adults within the Harwich-Dennis community who need services or assistance while in High School or who are transitioning to College or the Workforce.
The Rotary Club of Harwich-Dennis works with the Department of Children and Families of Cape Cod, Foster Parents, First Responders, Local Community Organizations as well as the Guidance Departments at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School, Monomoy High School and Cape Cod Technical High School to identify the needs of our local youth and young adults, helps facilitate meeting those needs, in order for them to transition from High School to College or the Workforce.

Through working with our Resource Partners, the Rotary Club of Harwich-Dennis has identified needs we can assist with in the categories of Transportation, Housing, Transitioning to the Workforce, and Mentorship. Further examples are below.
Transportation
SPARK can help with Driver's Education, Vehicle Repairs, Vehicle Purchase, Gift Cards for Gas or Uber and Car Insurance
Housing
SPARK can help with completing Applications, Referring to Proper Agency Partners, Starter Kits for Home or Apartments, Minor Maintenance and Rental Fund Assistance
Mentorship & Transition to the Workforce
SPARK can help with Career Guidance, Introduction to Trades, Developing Personal Budgets, Completing Applications, Support for Licenses & Certificates, Wardrobe for Interviews or New Job and Toolships
